• Walk the floor yourself: Visit other sponsors and dealers. Networking goes both ways.
• Take notes during conversations: Jot down names and key takeaways. It makes your follow-up afterward much more meaningful.
• Be ready with a short intro: Have a quick elevator pitch about your company and what sets you apart. Keep it genuine, not sales heavy.
• Stay for the full event: Some of the most valuable connections happen at the very end when conversations are smaller and more personal.
